Password compatible
If the original link is protected, URLZ verifies access before displaying the request.
Validated uploads
File size and supported formats are checked before documents are stored.
Protected downloads
Received files are downloaded from the authenticated owner dashboard with private no-store responses.
Deadline control
Submissions are refused after the configured deadline has passed.
Up to 15 MB per file and 50 MB per submission; supported formats include PDF, Office, images, text, CSV and ZIP.
Questions about URLZ Request
Everything creators and recipients need to understand before collecting files.
Does the recipient need a URLZ account?+
No. The recipient opens the request link in a browser and submits documents with a name and email address, without registering.
Can I request several different documents?+
Yes. Create a checklist of required or optional items so the recipient knows exactly what remains to be sent.
How do reminders work?+
Add recipient email addresses and choose a reminder interval. URLZ can send the invitation and repeat reminders while the request remains pending and before its deadline.
Can a request include a deadline?+
Yes. Choose a future deadline. The public request shows it and no longer accepts a submission after it has passed.
Can payment be required before files are sent?+
Yes. URLZ Request can be configured with an optional secure Stripe payment when the document submission accompanies a paid service.
